I am delighted to have been invited to participate in the annual print exhibition at Watts Gallery in Compton, Surrey: Nov 28 - Feb 2. Established in 1904 by George Frederic Watts and his wife Mary, the Watts Gallery - Artist’s Village is a fascinating place to visit. In addition to the contemporary gallery, there is an extensive gallery of G F Watts work, and his studio is open as a museum.

I will have 8 etchings in the show In Print: Nature’s Realm (along with some additional unframed work).

My etching ‘Twilight, Tristan da Cunha’ is featured in Dark Ocean, issue 26 of the Dark Mountain journal of uncivilised art and writing. Celebrating ‘writing and art which is grounded in a sense of place and of time’ each issue examines a different facet of the world, its ‘social, economic and ecological unravelling’, and looks for stories to help us make sense of it.

You can purchase this issue, and back issues at: dark-mountain.net

Cambridge Contemporary Art - 6 Trinity Street, in the centre of Cambridge - are now stocking a selection of etchings.

Public Talk - the Leeds Philosphical & Literary Society invited me to give a talk about my etchings, and the inspiration behind them. A recording of the talk is available.
